The Very Best

O @ Bellagio. 693.7444 ($90 and $100) "O" is Cirque De Soleil's newest production. Similiar to Mystere, and a lot easier to spell, think of "O" as an aquatic, even more spectacular show than Mystere. If the price is in your budget, definitely go! 

Mystere @ Treasure Island. 894.7722 Kind of expensive, but worth it!  Best described as a "human circus", the visual impact of Mystere is breath taking. We'll leave it at that. 

Honorable Mention

• Danny Gans@The Mirage.  252.7776 $67.50-$90.  Gans is an excellent performer, possibly the very best in town. 

Best Show Under $50

• Lance Burton@The Monte Carlo.  730.7000  Not as famous as Siegfried and Roy, and without as an elaborate stage production, Lance Burton is every bit as talented at magic as are Siegfried and Roy, if not more so.  Lance does have an impressive production in his own right.  This is not intended as a knock on Siegfried and Roy in any way. Our point is that tickets for Lance Burton are $49.95 and tickets to see Siegfried and Roy are $89.35 each.  With tax, for two people it's about $80 dollars cheaper to see Lance Burton. But you do get a couple of "free drinks" from Siegfried and Roy. 

Best "Old School" Las Vegas Production Show

• Jubilee @ Bally's. $49.50-60.00 739.4567 A variety show in the Las Vegas tradition, Jubilee mixes a good combination of song/dance, comedy, magic and sexy showgirls!

Best Show for Under $25.00

• Riviera Comedy Club $15.25 
• Forever Plaid @ the Flamingo $24.95 

Best Show on a Cabdriver's Budget

• Stars of the Strip @ the Lady Luck. Tickets for this impersonator revue are "$14.95", or free with the purchase of a drink for $3.95, plus tip. Get the drink. 

Best Matinee Show

• Viva Las Vegas @ the Stratosphere. $11.50..But you can usually find two-for-one tickets in the tourist publications all over the Strip.
