6. MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
6.1 How is the money divided?

6.4 Are the ladies free to come and go?

to callers that the telephone is located at the Chicken Ranch! The ladies

Ladies may also spend time with favored customers in the Leghorn Bar,
adjacent to the Chicken Ranch. Again, they will usually only do this with
regular customers whose company they enjoy, and only on slow days.

41-acre site in Pahrump, Nevada with an investment of $60,000. In 1982,
a San Francisco financier purchased the Chicken Ranch from Walter for $1
million. He hired a manager, and they quickly established a reputation
for impeccable business practices and fair treatment of the ladies.
The current management calls the Chicken Ranch "The Best Little
Whorehouse in the West".
The Chicken Ranch contains several artifacts (e.g., lamps and paintings)
that
originally adorned its namesake in Texas.
6.10 Is the Chicken Ranch equipped for the disabled?
Yes. There are wheelchair ramps, an accessible restroom, and widened
